How we work
PAIR partners with the Houston Independent School District to provide in-school and after-school programming for middle and high school students, offering a safe, supportive environment where refugee youth can learn English, build confidence, receive individualized academic support, and pursue their goals. Relationships built at school sites continue into PAIR’s higher education programs, where case management supports students pursuing degrees and certifications.
