Join us at Ride with Refugees 2025!

Come participate as a cyclist or supporter in one of PAIR’s favorite events of the year! Ride with Refugees aims to raise awareness and empower refugees through mobility. On October 11th, community members ages 12 and up - refugee and non-refugee - are invited to join together in a seven-mile bike ride in the Gulfton neighborhood with an activity fair to follow. The ride starts and ends at BakerRipley Gulfton Sharpstown Campus (6500 Rookin St.) and the event runs from 8:30am to 12:30pm. PAIR is honored to be this year's featured community partner for RwR. 

Here's how you can make a meaningful impact:

1) Donate to the fundraising efforts of Team PAIR, a group of refugee high school students participating in the RwR bike ride on October 11th!

OR

2) Grab the handlebars of change by creating your own fundraising team. Sign up for the event as a rider, then create a team on our GiveLively page. Invite your colleagues, friends, and families to donate towards your participation and compete with other teams to raise the most money!

100% of donations will go to programs that create opportunities to unlock the full potential of our refugee students. If you aren’t able to give or galvanize team support, we’d still love to see you at the event! It’s a free, family-friendly event and all cyclists must register here.
